Experience:

Dr. Shampa Nandi is a dynamic academic leader known for her strong analytical acumen, intellectual depth, and organizational expertise. She currently serves as Assistant Dean (Academics) and Principal of the PGDM Program at ISME, while also holding the position of Professor in Analytics and Marketing.

With over two decades of academic experience, including three years of teaching in the USA, Dr. Nandi brings a global perspective to education. She holds a Master’s in Mathematics from Jadavpur University, an MBA and PhD in Marketing from IIT Dhanbad, and a PGDSBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Recently, she has been appointed as the Chair of the Research Committee at Westcliff University, USA.

A prolific researcher, blogger, and resource person in Research and Analytics workshops, recognized PhD/FPM guide (under Mysore University and ISME Research Center), Dr. Nandi has 26 publications, including 6 in Scopus-indexed and 6 in ABDC-indexed journals. She is proficient in national and international accreditation like NBA, EQUIS, EFMD, etc. Her scholarly contributions have earned her multiple accolades, such as the Gold medal for the best innovative pedagogy and Silver medal in JL Batra Research paper in AIMS convention 2025, Gold Medal for Best Case Award at AIMS Convention (2018), the Best Paper Award at MARKCON (2020), and the Best Case Study Award on Strategy at JBS (2017), among others.
