Experience:

Sanjit has over 23 years of diverse industrial and academic experience, having served as Deputy General Manager in the EdTech vertical of HCLTech and spending 16 years at Infosys Ltd. as Senior Principal Consultant – Learning, where he led the organization’s competency certification program. His expertise spans technical training delivery, employee competency development, certification content management, and learning management system (LMS) implementation and administration, complemented by strong capabilities in needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and talent management.

He has contributed to the academic and professional community through research papers, book chapters, and blogs published in international conferences and journals. Prior to his corporate career, Sanjit worked as a Lecturer in Computer Applications at the Institute of Genetic Engineering and as a senior faculty member with reputed IT training institutes such as NIIT and SSI Education.
